I seem to be gettingit in waves, was bad a few days ago cleared up, fine last night though it has been slow all day today, though not as bad as before.

There's times right now where I can't even get anything to load up on MR. :(

I think the backups running too.

so, iPhone Ad, Digg to Forum link, and now backup running.

FWIW, over the weekend I was experiencing slowness not just on the MacRumors boards but elsewhere on the net. It got so bad, I reset my router and modem several times, thinking the problem must be local -- to no effect. So I did a bit of research (tracerouting to sites that were giving me problems) and found a number of poor response times and even outright drop-outs in the hops. It was back to normal by midday Sunday, PST. I think this "perfect storm" might have been even more perfect than it seemed from the perspective of MacRumors users.

It would've been a perfecter storm if mad jew was still around machine gunning in the forums. :) Imagine the ensuing chaos!

You deserve a whippin', naughty boy.

I've noticed pretty sluggish behavior at MR the past few days, but today everything seems just fine. :)
