Hi All,

I have checked high & low on the website for attachment size limits but no joy.

I am trying to upload a video to a forum thread but keep getting a message saying - "Oops - something went wrong".

The video is 1:06 minutes & 196MB - is there a video size limit in place & if so, what is it please? If size is not the issue, when what else might be causing the message to appear?

Many Thanks!

So, it seems there's a bug. The cap limit for video uploads is 200MB. But right now, it seems it doesn't work correctly if you drag and drop to upload. Try the Attach Files button and see if you can upload it that way for now.

Hi arn,

Just tried that & still not working - get following:

I bumped up the limits a bit just in case. Can you try again?

This was 113MB

Hi arn,

It is still not working - please can you kindly look into this & resolve?

Thanks

Can you try a smaller file (150MB or so) and see if it works?
Hi arn,

I just tried 3 much smaller files - between 40-60MB but still get the error message - something is fundamentally broken with the video attachment option sadly.

Can you also try at your end & let me know if it works for you or if you will be likely to resolve this soon please?

Thanks Kindly.
