That's all well and good but when a 64 GB 6 Plus is like a unicorn you don't get to just walk into many places and pick it up. I'll be preordering the minute it opens up next time.

Managed to luck out on a trip to Atlanta last Friday - found a VZN 128GB Plus at the Apple store, bought it outright and then headed to T-Mobile. Works great so far.

Those radio shack reps will hold one for you too. I just got my 6 128 in gold after waiting since launch. He held it for 2 days and it was the only iPhone in stock period

Radio Shack is awesome!! Got my hubby's 64 SG 6 through them. The manager drove 30 mins to another store to get it for me! She had me meet her around 2:30 got it done on NEXT. I was in and out in 15 mins. I was impressed with their service.
