Found my UPS tracking # (ordered on apple.com)

I haven't had any luck yet. Mine still says Prepairing for Shipment 128gb Space Gray for At&t ordered from Apple Store App. I hope that Im not searching wrong. Are yall changing the dates or not. And using just phone number?
