I was seriously considering starting Flacco over Manning last night.

Good choice. :D

Is this the beginning of a huge year for Payton, or is the Ravens defense just that bad.

Neither, I think. Although you have to expect the Broncos passing game to be good with Welker/Thomas/Decker. Not sold on their running game, though. The Ravens basically didn't cover the middle of the field last night for 3/4 of the game. Can't imagine they'll continue to be that inept with the personnel they have.

I would assume the altitude didn't help the Ravens.

I think you also have to give the Broncos D some credit too. They were putting the smack down on Flacco and the offense with numerous 3 and outs. This forced the Ravens D to stay on the field without getting much rest which definitely contributed to their fatigue. If you really think about it, the Ravens offense only put together a couple of drives. The Welker punt return blunder gave them an easy score so I wouldn't say they truly earned that one. Ray Rice and Bernard Pierce were held completely in check. Cromartie shut down Torrey Smith completely nullifying his "big play" ability to jump start the Ravens offense.

It definitely looks like Denver is a serious favorite this year. Did you see the stat that they were running the hurry up offense at a pace of 20-30 seconds between plays. That's incredible and will give a lot of defenses trouble this year. The Broncos are dangerous on both sides of the ball and things will only improve when they get some of there better defenders back, like Von Miller and Champ Bailey.

@Moyank24 - freaking Reggie Bush!

1-0 sounds good to me. What a crazy day. There's no way I would have predicted some of what we've seen from various teams and players today.

I didn't really have a hope of overcoming Manning's 60 point Thursday, but leaving Cook on my bench certainly didn't help matters.

It is funny. I am last in all of my 3 other leagues but 2nd in this one. The Redskins playing so poorly was still no match for Amy's stellar Sunday though! I just couldn't rise to #1, even with Morris and Griffin playing some other game for the first half. :D

So here's ESPN's analysis. I can only assume they generate the grades based on their expert's opinions with a 10 team league using standard scoring.

2-0, 174 points in week 1 and 155 in week 2.

Suck it ESPN. :D

Pretty sure I lost this week.
My other leagues are killing me. I picked Ted Ginn Jr. as a joke WR, sorta. He was on the "who to watch" list. I should have played him.
I'm last everywhere else. :(

Impressive. It's like you are Bizzaro rdowns this season! :D I hope the regular rdowns shows up next week when our teams play. ;)

We will be the only remaining undefeated teams, so next week will definitely produce the leagues early favorite with a third of the season completed at that point.

Is it weird that our leagues very rarely trade? I feel like every other league is all about wheeling and dealing. Just an observation from discussing FF with some other people.

I'm always up for trading and in most of my leagues I generally try to make some deals along the way. If anyone has questions about our league's trading policies then let me know. It's Commissioner only veto, so I know sometimes people have questions about that. Feel free to ask away. :)

Im up for trades as well. Id like to see what is out there as far as WRs are concerned. Im happy with Forte and Charles at RB, and I think by the end of the season, Im going to be real lucky that I was able to pick of Julias Thomas, TE from the Broncos.

My biggest hole right now is Tight End, I would be willing to trade with someone.
