The CD is the 20" model so that's the max I can go. The NVIDIA card only has enough ram to support one display. I've chosen to drive the Cinema Display.

However! My Apple A1006 DVI to ADC converter is on it's way. Once it gets here my ATI 9800 Pro with 128MB ram goes in the Mac.

Five displays then. I'm going to need more space. :D

Just for conversation's sake, if you had a Radeon 7000 with 64 MB, could you drive the 20 inch and another monitor on it?

I don't know. I can tell you that one of the PCI video cards in there right now is a flashed Radeon 7000. It's driving those two Gateway FPD1810 monitors at 1280 by something.
 
The ATI 7000 with 64MB is able to drive a 20" screen at 1680 x 1050 screen. I think it can also drive the larger 23" screen at 1920 x 1200. Apple states the minimum for that resolution as being 32MB.
