I spent the last two hours trying to get rid of these. Is there any way to delete these without deleting everything off my iPhone and starting over?

I followed some steps online about disable the MobileMe calendar option, making a calendar in iCal and syncing that. That only gets rid of one of the MobileMe calendars.

Delete it directly from Me.com?

Thats the thing, there is only one on me.com. The iPhone just likes to duplicate it 5,000 times with no way of removing them.

Delete your MobileMe account from your iPhone (thru the settings in the iPhone). Then delete all the remaining calenders in your iPhone. After resync Mobile Me.
