Fourth-Generation iPod Touch Orders Begin Shipping

Yesss this new iPod touch is actually pretty awesome. I sold an ipod classic and flip and got so much more....
 
My tracking says mine will be delivered Thursday the 9th. I must have been one of the first few to order mine. :D I also splurged for 2 day shipping tho. So that might be why. :p

Mine is coming from there as well, but where it once said delivery on the 10th, it now says the 9th. Would be even happier to see it arrive on the 8th, but that is probably pushing it, even though I DID pay for overnight shipping.
 
Help :confused:

I placed an order for the new nano on the 3rd... since I placed the order, I can't access that order from the My Orders section in the apple store.

I did received the email confirmation but when I click the order to see the details I get a An Internal Server Error Has Occurred.

I can access another order I placed the same day.

Do you think I will have a problem with that order?? It still has the delivery estimate at Sep 14 - Sep 16...

I can't call Apple since I'm not at the US at the moment, I will be next friday (Sept 17) but will be out again the following sunday.

Should I just wait and see?? Is there a way to send an email to apple store support??

Mine says that exact same thing, it shipped this morning at 7am Pacific time.
I live in California, I hope to get it by Wednesday. I did not pay for shipping.
 
Best Buy/Futureshop Canada changed the day they're getting them from the 7'th to the 8'th. I'm really hoping for the 8'th (at the latest, 10'th) the wait is killing me.
 
Ordered a 64GB iPod Touch this past Friday over the phone with Apple.

I opted for the free engraving.

My items have not shipped, nor is prepaired for shipment.

Has anyone else engraved their iPod? I think this may significantly impact the shipping time..

Note: The shipment status does state that the item will deliver between the dates of September 14 - 16.

Edit: I am in the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.)
 
I ordered mine on the 1st and it's still saying "Not Yet shipped" even though my delivery is between Sept 10th-14th... maybe by tmr?

I ordered mine on the 1st September and my status says

ships: 16th September
Delivers: 21st September

That is a bit crap ain't it? Can't take that long to ship to Montana!!

Ordered on the 1st, opted for 2-day shipping, estimated delivery 10th-14th.

Maybe it will ship tomorrow~

I ordered the iPod Touch and am receiving the same error messages so you are not alone!:confused:

I'm pretty sure your email address is linked to an account on Apple's servers and the actual FaceTime request gets sent as a push notification or something. It's not like someone is going to have to check their email and click a link to talk to you.

Anyway, 32GB non-engraved touch still sitting in China but is supposed to be arriving on the 9th. We'll see if choosing the most expensive delivery option speeds that up any...

32GB isn't the most expensive, it's the 64GB
 
Shipped on the 6th and delivery by the 10th thanks to FedEx. Sweet! :)

What are you talking about? It vibrates / rings / displays just like an iPhone phone call would. Otherwise, that would defeat the purpose of FaceTime.
