THIS. Everything is moving slowly through the system and your phone won't likely actually ship out to you until tomorrow, possibly tomorrow evening/night.

FWIW, when I got my Apple Watch, it was the first time that I decided to try delivery to a UPS store, and the watch shipped out on the evening before it was supposed to arrive - NOTHING in the system before then, and then everything all at once. I put in the delivery request, got the exception and the big yellow change banner, and panicked. I was sure I'd just delayed delivery of my watch. I cancelled, and then it sat with the exception for a couple more hours. At that point I figured I was just being silly and re-entered the request, since I couldn't take next the day off to wait for the watch anyway. That was around midnight that night. When I woke up in the morning, everything was good in the MyChoice app, and I picked up my watch a few hours later.
So, it is normal to have a tracking number just show that the order is ready for UPS, and have no updates until the day before release? That is my current situation, and I did not know if it was normal as there are a lot of forum posters that are able to track theirs all around the country.

You'll be fine. My Watch said the same thing when I switched to pick-up at a hub. I had no tracking info until the day before the Friday launch :) We're all nervous lol

I've only seen two groups with devices on the move - the ones whose orders are coming from China, and the people who are in the general Pope Zone area (NY/PA/NJ). Everyone else has their phone scanned in and sitting.
