just got mine. going straight to the trash. you need to use "solution" (according to their website) but its not provided, and they don't say to use just water?

covered COVERED in finger oil after trying to apply. Its hard to line up because if you pull on it at all, it stretches out and doesn't line up right. Not at all impressed. Not even worth it for the shipping.

Just ordered mine.
$3.95 shipping to UK, Cool cant wait.
Thanks for the link.

It seems like a lot if people didn't know what they were ordering and just bought it because it was cheap. That pic of the wet install is pretty normal. It just takes 2-3 days to fully set.

Step 1: Take out of trash
Step 2: Rinse off with water & soap
Step 3: Run water over entire protector
Step 4: Apply on back of iPhone and use a credit card gently to remove water & bubbles.
Step 5: Let dry :D

If you squeeze the water out with a credit card, doesnt that push the water into the cracks on the side of the iphone? Like im worried about applying this.. especially doing the front side.

Put a paper towel up to the edge that you plan on pushing the water from, that way water doesnt get on the phone just the towel.

They say the phone shouldnt be used for 24hours after this is applied to let it dry out? Lol is this true?

After your done installing the film let it sit for about 20 minutes. When you see air bubbles push them out gently with the credit card again. Should be all smooth after that. To make it dry up anything left play nova multiplayer for a while! Really heats up the back of the phone. :D

Received mine and there is no camera cutout for the front camera. Is that the way it is supposed to be?.

so whats the verdict? are these things trash?

When applied right and given time to dry it looks and feels great! It's not like having Power Support on the back but that's a dry install + 3x the money.

There is barley and drag on the back and little orange peel effect. For the price it's great.

It get's smudges and collects lint, those are my only gripes. I plan on replacing it with PS once they arrive, but if I didn't have them coming I would keep this on for a long time.

Wanted to comment on the "self healing" these wet installs have. I purposely scratched the back and it almost went away after 12 hours, you can hardly see it anymore.

The above is exactly how I feel.

I mainly wanted these just for the back of my phone. It's not bad at all once it's given time to dry and the orange peel effect is very minimal. I do have some Power Support films on their way and I will replace this film with the PS when they arrive this coming week.

Haha it arrived today in the mail :) Cant wait to put it on and actually use the iphone!

well, I figured out a way to apply it better.(much better).

I used the invisible shield squeegee. while applying it. So the bubbles have mostly disappeared that way. Will the remaining white things go away over night?

hey freemini did you finally get those small white things out? i did the wet install and 20 min later the little white dots are there

Not bad for the bucks

Got mine a few days ago. Patiently applied it and left it overnight. Looks great considering only paid 2.85 for the shipping.

Umm I just installed mine and must say it came out pretty good. I just used about a quarter cup of water with a drop of soap.

Dipped my fingers then rubbed the solution all over the adhesive side. Keep everything pretty moist when applying and u can take a couple tries to line it up,.

Took my time and everything lines up well. After a few hours the bubbles start going away! Good stuff and totally worth the price. Take ur time and read the forums before doing it.

Just installed mine. I'm at that iffy stage where it might turn out great but I can't tell at all until it drys.

Just applied mine, and its outside in the sun drying :)

Turned out pretty well i think.

Also the earlier complaints about the cuts being bad/off I think the ones their shipping now dont have those anymore. As mine was perfectly lined up.

Also is it normal it looks like it has these weird spots under it? I dont know how to describe it but perhaps that its not dry yet.. Or like thats where its sticking while other spots are clear?

The back seems to be coming along nice. I found a scratch on the front and had to tear it off. The kind of scratch that makes a rainbow. I'm going to assume it came about while I was storing it and waiting for my iPhone.

Put on a 99c cover from ebay while I figure out what I will use permanently. Funny enough the picture quality on the cheapo is still perfect, but the edges around the speaker and home button have bubbles that refuse to go away. Fair compromise for $1. :p

Well its been now 12hours since ive applied the skin.. Mind you the phone not being used at all and off this entire time..

But for some reason my front side looks weird as it almost appears there is stuff under the screen.. I just dont know what it is or if its gonna dry?

Can these be removed and re applied after it sitting for 24hours?

Here is some pics of what i mean.. Btw the quality of these pics is a lot worse of what it actually looks like..
