free distort in photoshop

How do i free distort a picture in PshopCC? It seems that can only handle the pic using a perspective way and not a free distort but im sure it should be available!
 
In PS CS6, have a layer highlighted choose the move tool, hold the command key while moving the transform controls on the image.
