doesn't it take 2-3 weeks to get these cases in from china? for 4.50 + 2 weeks, I'd rather just go to best buy and spend $14.99 or somthing!

Yeah once I saw my order said "ships on July 9th," even though the main page said "available now" when I ordered, I emailed and got a refund. They definitely misled everyone on their availability.
that made me mad too and it seems that their color selection was off

I just got an email from them saying that due to unexpected demand, my case is out of stock and is being manufactured right now. It will not ship until July 14th now. Not exactly the impression the website gave when it said available and that it would ship right away. Oh well, I guess that you get what you pay for - or don't pay for!
I got the same email. It gave me a chance to change my mind and cancel my order, so it worked out! hehe.
From ships within 24-48 hours on the confirmation email, to "preordered" and ships on July 9th on the website order status, to being manufactured and "expected to ship July 14th".
But yet, payment was taken immediately from Paypal.
Maybe taking pre-orders for "free" cases to fund production? heh, or maybe I'm being cynical...
Same here, except I paid extra to get my case a few days early. Retarded. I'll be getting my money back.
I think it's wrong that they fooled people, but I don't really care that they did. I have several cases already, & don't mind waiting the extra time for a dirt cheap case.

Honestly, I would advise against purchasing from this company. They recently held a very sketchy "Free Case" promotion where you only had to pay shipping and handling. So I decided for $4.50 it wouldn't hurt that much to get one. I purchased the Eclipse case in part because it said "Shipping June 25th" on the page.
I then checked the order status the next day and it said "Shipping July 9th". Of course this didn't seem right to me because I could have sworn it said June 25th because that was a major reason why I wanted to get it. So I check back on the product page and it STILL says "Shipping June 25th". I eventually emailed them and asked them why the product page said shipping June 25th but my order status says July 9th and they never responded. In fact, the product page continued to say "Shipping June 25th" for the last week or so - only today did I notice that it finally changed to July 9th.
I think they intentionally falsified that cases were ready for shipping to get people to order them when they knew they really weren't. The fact that I never did get a reply from customer service on this issue seems to verify that. I would cancel the order based on principle if I didn't only pay $4.50 for it. I hate shady companies like this.

Same. I ordered mine on June 24th and still have no received it yet and it says "Preordered" when it was suppose to ship already. I emailed them and still no response.

This has been disappointing, indeed. The case I chose shows to be shipping as of July 9 though the last email I received from Boxwave said mine won't be shipped until today (it's still showing as pre-ordered in their system). While I generally try not to look gift horses in the mouth, I can't help but think that they're still making a profit on these cases even after offering them for free with $4.50 for shipping. Also, they should have stopped taking orders if they were going to have this much trouble fulfilling them, even if the cases were "free" - this is not a good way to establish a reputation with potential customers.
