If you look on ebay there are numerous cases that look exactly like the Boxwaves going for 99 cents. There's a reason why these were so cheap and they blindly took orders before they got any in stock.

This just makes me laugh...

A++ rating. Haha, what a joke. I'm half tempted to file a complaint, but probably not worth it. It is amusing that there IS a phone number listed on the BBB site, but not the Boxwave website.

Needless to say, I will never do business with this pathetic company again and am going to advise anyone I know to do likewise.

Not sure if it's the same one but the integrated clear front facia acting as screen protector looks crap, cheap and naff. They stick to the screen and look like a badly applied screen protector, loads of bubbles and crud. And there's nothing that can be done about it. If it's the same one I've seen then it's cheap because it looks crap because it is crap, cheap plastic and low quality.

I actually did file a complaint with the BBB, doubt it will do any good but I was so angry over my unanswered emails and request for a cancelation! About half an hour after I received my email confirmation from BBB and filed a dispute with my bank, I magically received an email saying they were canceling my order and refunding my money. Funny how that works.

They told me in my email "Due to unanticipated high demand for cases for the iPhone 4, the shipping of your item was delayed. The shipping date was revised due to the high volume response to our promotional pricing and giveaway of the iPhone 4 cases. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you." That's also funny since about an hour before they refunded me, it was still telling me my items were preordered and would ship July 9th! It was never revised, as I ordered my items July 2nd, after the "giveaway".

I have no issue with them running out of product, it happens. I do have an issue with taking money out of an account before you ship a product, never revising the ship date to inform the customer of a delay, and not notifying customers in the first place that you are out of stock on certain items. Frankly, I was surprised when it told me that my order would ship that quickly. But what they did was dishonest and I would never even recommend them to an enemy at this point.

I finally received my case yesterday (ordered it on June 25). I got the Pure Crystal Slip in smoke grey and I don't like it. :( To be fair, I do have a DecalGirl skin on my iPhone but the case shouldn't be too snug to fit over it (my Speck PixelSkin fits just fine) but it is and doesn't line up square over the front edges of the phone. Glad I wasn't waiting on this to be my only case.
