YouRace relies on Apple Healthkit to read workouts.
When running, YouRace use Apple distance (based on GPS and pedometer). I don't apply any formulae or algorithm, it should be the same as in Apple workout app.
For Workoutdoors, I don't know exactly how it records data. Maybe you should look in Apple Fitness app and verify if the workoutdoors distance in Healthkit is the same as in workoutdoors app.
It's a never ending story to sync all kinds of apps, I can't guarantee that workouts recorded with other apps will display the same in YouRace.
Pause management can be different, data records can use different sources (GPS, pedometer, both, specific algorithms ...)
In YouRace, I try to fit as much as possible at Apple standards. I use stock healtkit APIs to write/read data and try to get the same results as in Apple Fitness ...
But nothing is perfect ...
