For even my iPhone 7 Plus when you click on the button on the front page to activate the drop down list for site navigation, the bottom of the list is cut off so the “Forums” link is off screen. Was a new option added recently to push this further down the list so it’s cut off? It’d be even worse on the the older non-Plus models.

Not the end of the world of course, but nonetheless it seems odd that the forums would be given the lowest priority in this list. If the list options were all on-screen then it wouldn’t be a problem, but they are not all on-screen for many current iPhone models.

This is how it looks on my iPhone 8 Plus.

Can you scroll to reach it? Leaving forums at end is more just because it’s always been there, not because of a priority thing.

Yes, one can scroll to get there. I'm guessing some newbies might be surprised it's not there though.

Yes. I forgot I had it on zoom display mode, which would replicate a iPhone 7/8 non-Plus.
