A necessity for people to buy, or to switch from other subscription providers.

Actually, just lossless at a good price would be enough for subscription switch.

I hope you are right, I can't stand Spotify now.

Oh man the Verge's liveblog is painful to read. Maybe they shouldn't start blogging so early if there's nothing to comment on other than the music playing.

Officially dont care,

hate ios 7, not looking forward to 8, hate Lion onwards, not looking forward to whatever they call the next one..

 as to why they have gone so badly off track, im assuming its blindly following Ive into the "slimmer , lighter, less useful `work of art' rather than a productive tool" mentality that seems to be apples mantra now.

The complainers constantly what something different, not necessarily better. Unfortunately, Apple needs to keep changing the looks or people won't believe they have something new and improved. I have to agree with you in the 'slimmer and lighter' fiasco. I'll take performance over thinner and lighter any day.

I'd watch this show.... a 1980's throwback G.U.I. Vice!

Johnny Ives (played by Phil Collins) and Craig Ferguson (played by Craig's hair) go on wacky adventures fixing the worst fashion, design and User interface crimes.

I amend this.... It's Johnny and Dr. Dre... along with Craig's hair for a ride along.

I'm anxious to have what they have in store, but I'm hoping they don't announce any new products today. I want to buy some shares at a lower price. We all know that new products/services are coming soon.

"Best product pipeline in 25 years."

It kinda obvious OSX would adopt the iOS 7 inspired look. I'd still welcome it cuzz I've learned to appreciate the new flat look. :)

Live stream is up

... but I see Apple's streaming technology hasn't improved since last year. Already stuttering and failing :(

Apple employees wearing orange shirts are doing everything they can to keep people from standing on their chairs to take photos.

Why? When I was there last year, everyone was standing on chairs for photos - what's different? Seems like a pointless requirement...

Because it's annoying? If some ******* was standing up in front of me blocking my view i'd be pissed.
