I'm curious how the control scheme holds up, as well as how smooth the play is. Fighting games are one thing I didn't expect to see much of- I'd think they're not something that the tough interface lends itself to.

arn has some quick impressions here:

Controls seems to be solid (I was surprised) but difficulty may be a factor. He was able to breeze through the quest mode just mashing buttons (or in this case, tapping like mad.)

It's a fun, pretty solid game with surprisingly easy controls. Though I'm finding it VERY easy to win...

I agree but Survival mode gives a bit more of a challenge.

Good to know. Admittedly I haven't played THAT much, as I wanted to make the game last -- and was worried I'd finish all levels too quickly.

I'm still trying to get used to the controls, they definitely suck for the menus. Better for gameplay, because you generally just slide your thumb in the direction you want to move. Other than the controls, the game is actually pretty well done. Seems nicely polished, with good graphics, music, sound effects, and plenty of fighting moves for the characters.
