Fuzzy text with LG 38WN95C-W + Base 14" MBP M1 Pro

Is this still an issue with the LG 38WN95C-W. ? I too have a MBP M1MAX 14" and thinking about getting this monitor. Have any LG or Apple updates since resolve the issues for those of you with this model?

After a few months of usage, I unfortunately have to say:

Text is really unsharp and blurry. At the beginning I didn‘t realized because the rest like movie, color etc.. is very nice.

But for productivity under MacOS, it‘s really bad and hard to get used to.

With Windows, no issues. Still (of course) not „retina“, but much better than MacOS.

Hoping that perhaps MacOS sonomo could improve clarity.

Probably not. Apple employees are probably all using retina displays. macOS on low dpi displays isn't really tested properly or cared about.
