Just ordered two new 32gb iPhone 4s on my premier account after attempting the Apple site repeatedly and my order timing out. My premier account went through with not one single hiccup on both orders :) Happy Camper Here!! well except the fact that one should have been a white one :mad: but overall :):):):cool:

*Edit* also it says orders will begin being fulfilled on the 24th and over nighted so I assume we'll be receiving ours on the 25th but lets be honest here, with the ***** show that's already happening this early in the morning with people just trying to pre-order the damn thing I'm not sure I'd even want to try an activation on the 24th :p

*Update 4:40am Eastern time* Thanks goodness I got my order in because I was going to login to my account to snap a pic of the iPhone 4 availability and it's just kicking me out repeatedly at this point. Also for anyone wondering during ordering you get a message that YOU MUST HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS ON DAY OF SHIPPING OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. I was only CHARGED ONE DOLLAR ON MY ACCOUNT TO VERIFY MY CARD.



AT&T Pre-Order page shows:

"Plus, new this year, customers can ship iPhone 4 preorders directly to their home or business for delivery as early as launch day, June 24."

I completed my order around 3:18 so hopely it's shipped the day before so I can have it on launch day. The priority overnight shipping was a free option as well as the 2nd day...which was a no brainer.
 
will someone please answer my question? I currently have 2 holds for $1 on my account, should i call at&t in the morning regarding this or do you think it should be fine?
 
I was only able to use the "use existing" button for my data. I think you can just skip or pick the same exact stuff you already have for voice and messaging.

I have bonus 200 minutes a month as well as b2b txt msgs for 3.99 a month.

If I manually add these, I know i'm going to lose my extras. :(:mad:

Same here, it was confusing me for several minutes, until I realized I had to pick my current phone, selected my current data, and select my text message plan again.

What exactly concerns you? Do you intend to have sufficient funds when the phone ships? The $1 holds will be lifted. You aren't very clear on details outside of you have two $1 holds. How many phones did you order? Were they separate orders? Do you lack sufficient funds to cover what you ordered?

I only ordered 1 32GB i[phone 4, but after the purchase was done, since the order was going slow i clicked the finish order button again then it finally went through, i have sufficient funds as we speak, but i just don't want to be charged twice for 1 order, THATS my concern. what will happen the day of the 24th when they finally start shipping the phones, when it gets to my order, will it think that i put in my order twice n charge me twice or will they just charge me once and go through everything like normal?

How many confirmation emails did you get? and if they're going to charge you twice its about to happen shortly if it hasn't already. With my order they did an authorization but id say 1/2hr 45 mins after my order they put a hold on the full amount. I Updated the first post to reflect these charges.

i only got one, i forgot to mention that, i keep referring back to my statement just to confirm, i hope there arent any complications, because i actually finished the order around 4:11 which is pretty early as far as preorders go.

if you only got one confirmation I wouldn't worry too much.
 
question, our family line has the family unlimited texting package. when i pre ordered the iphone 4, i skipped adding any other features (like the texting package) and only added a data plan. my family texting is safe correct, or do i have to call in later and re add it?
 
no iPhone 4 option for me on AT&T Premier ugh and the Apple store keeps giving me Oops.
 
This is some ****. I can't order from Apple because of my FAN discount, and I can't order through the AT&T premier store. So what the hell am I supposed to do?

I was going to add a line and i got the same message as you. So it looks like it could be all of the FANs

I didn't call ATT. I just kept trying on the Apple site and I was finally let through to purchase one.

So its not a FAN thing. Just keep trying through Apple if you can.

I went to the AT&T Online account site and tryed to do it. When i try to add a line Via the apple online store it refers me to do a "Reservation" at the apple store.

Same problem. ATT site says "unable to support this request online" and to call. Apple site gives me $599 option for reservation only.

I then called ATT and they say try website later but they can't accept order over phone, regardless of what the website message says
 
I ordered my phone through premier early this morning with no issues.

I got my confirmation email too. I am having it shipped to work and not my house.

In my confirmation email it did not list the shipping address or my billing address. Just an old address I guess I have on file when I signed up for premier years ago.

When I log into my att.com site I check my profile and it has my current home address.

How can I confrim my shipping address as the order status does not list it either?
