No I don't think he's answering any of them, but the public does. It is a matter of perception. It makes him look good if people think he actually answers a few.
I disagree with the surface area argument, however I will leave it at that. Crendtials, please this is a forum. That question is something I would expect from a newb. Like they say, pics or it didn't happen. I can say anything or show a picture of any document, how would that help you.

Well, when you are calling someone a, and I quote, "piss poor engineer" you should expect that person to ask you, what credentials/experience would you have to make that statement. If you are an engineer, i am interested in your argument, if your an insurance salesman, well your argument doesn't hold water with me.

People you are missing a point. I noticed the iPad had no vibration the very first time I played a game. There is no FORCE FEEDBACK For GAMES!
I honestly think this was overlooked because it's not pocketable.

If they can make the iPad more accessible to blind legally blind people like me they should try and go for the deaf people as well. Most of the blind people I know have iPhones because of Apple features that work for them.

A vibrating feature would be nice even a weak one as long as it had some sort of movement.

For me the main reason I got the iPad
was because I could carry my bus book in it using
GoodReader and being able to zoom in with two fingers.

The top black bar is pretty empty they could add little green dots along the top that flash.

As someone who is deaf, I was hoping that the iPad would have vibration feature. Alas it doesn't and I didn't expect to see it there anyway because of the potential to drain the battery quickly.

As someone already suggested, using an add-on such as www.ohmibod.com or phone flasher, is more feasible.

It will be nice if Apple can address the accessibility issue by providing device such as these instead of making us wait for third-parties solution.

Hearing people can benefit if they want to use it too.

Thanks for listening.

I would have liked vibration, and I'm not even deaf.

Some people on this site get far too defensive of Apple.

I find iOS too responsive and smooth to really need vibration on the iPad. It would also cut into the battery life when enabled. I have vibration on my Samsung Galaxy Tab and I turn it off.

The good news is that Apple does appear to be working on vibration for iPads, they filed for a patent as reported by PatentlyApple here: http://www.patentlyapple.com/patent...es-alerts-to-the-ipad-with-vibrator-mode.html

It wouldn't eat the battery life that much, and it's not about responsiveness of the interface but rather a secondary alertness to the device itself. It is useful in gaming for many folks, alerting audio cues for hearing impaired/deaf folks and so many more.

I would like to have vibration on my iPad just like iPhone! :apple:

Only 3 more months and you could have had the rare 3 year tread resurrection - just weren't quite patient enough...

I look forward to the next rare gem you dig up.

I googled for ipad vibration it ended up here because I was not sure if iPad has a vibration or my iPad is broken? :apple:
