Congrats on picking a winner. :p Looks like she's been checking out too many guys...you need to work on keeping her in line.

I'm a woman with a black iPhone. But I also like women. And there are many things that turn me off...but the color of someone's phone or other electronic device isn't one of them. Sounds like your wife needs to spend some time with a good woman. Her priorities are a little skewed.

Edit: I see you're also in Houston. Send her over and I'll take care of your problem.

I never said I had a problem but ok...whats your number? Lets meet in Friendswood....on second thought.

Male- Black iPhone

If I had a white iPhone, I honestly would be hesitant to use the white iPhone in public. Plus I don't want "feminine guys" hitting on me.

So the almost 200 guys in this thread who have white iPhones are feminine? Let me guess, you think every gay man is feminine too, right?

Ah I get it.

Basically you're saying that you have feminine tendencies and people in your daily interactions require the use of a cell phone color to truly determine which way u swing.

Interesting poll!

I actually expected the numbers to be reversed for Males with Black vs White iPhones.

No, you are misunderstanding the whole point of my post.

Nope he's right, if the color of your cell phone would do so much as prevent you from using it in public for fear of looking "feminine," then the issue is with you sir, not the phone.

I view colors differently, I do not want to look dumb with a color out of my comfort zone.

If it can't be proven, it is an opinion.

Opinions are classified under assumptions.

Therefore you are assuming.

And this is one of the worst ones that I have seen in the past few months.

What is it that you want me to prove exactly? That a masculine gay man actually exists in the world? You need to get out more...

You did not prove that I was ignorant, it was only your opinion which is and can be as flawed as anyone else's.

However you deny that you assumed, but without a definite proof it stays as a mere opinion which you can't get yourself to accept.

Here's your proof: I'm a gay man who loves baseball, football, and technology. I don't wear skinny jeans or deep-cut V-neck tshirts. I don't have the stereotypical lisp or mannerisms. Most people would never question my sexuality.

Oh, and for the record, I ordered a black iPhone 4S.

Am I still feminine?

Anyone can fake anything over the internet.

I switched from a black iPhone 4 to a white one. It's definitely a beautiful phone and hides fingerprints so much better than a black one, but I decided to trade with someone to get a black one again for this one reason. I just didn't think it looked as good in a full case as the black one did.

Believe what you want. I replied to your post because, as a gay man, I'm astounded that these assumptions still exist. I don't think too many straight men would fake being gay to defend the gay community. Not saying no straight man would ever do it, but most probably wouldn't. I could be wrong though.

Male, black iPhone, but I was sleepy and in a hurry when I ordered. I wish that I'd gotten white after thinking about it and seeing the white iP4 in the store. I called Apple, but they said that it was a 24 hour process to cancel my order and get approval from at&t for the switch, and i didn't want to wind up in a possible backorder situation or some other screwup.
