Why is Georgia showing up as Wisconsin on Apple Maps?

Georgia and the other U.S. states are showing normal to me.

Mines going cuckoo. I'll zoom in and out seeing it go from an abbreviated WIS. when zoomed out to Wisconsin zoomed all in. Until the state name disappears.

Not just that. But it'll blink back and forth from Georgia to Wisconsin labeling when zooming in and out at times too. While the actual state of Wisconsin has no label.

That is very strange. I don't think I have heard of Apple Maps acting like that before.
