You should be able to, you'd just need the UISounds folder from 4.3.

Im new here and I tried PM'ing you as well but can't seem to do it. Would you be able to give me the links or directions in order to get 4.3 sounds to my 4.2.6 jailbroken iphone 4? Ive been looking for it ever since 4.3 was released and I cant find it anywhere.
