Get Time Machine to work with Airport Disk! (And possibly other network shares)

Hello,

I want to do exactly what "grayskull" wants to do. Make a Time Machine backup of my internal HD (from my Macbook Air) and a backup from my USB HD that is connected to my Time Capsule.
It works if I connect the HD to my Macbook Air directly but not when the HD is connected to the Time Capsule. Is there a work around?

Use existing backups

If you have your existing backups of a harddrive that was connected via USB you need to create the Sparsebundle first.

I tried to get it working with copying the hidden files but it wouldn't work over SMB. Do the above
