Look in this thread for all the new file names for iOS 5.

Its not the file name I'm looking for. I want to where it is located. For example I know that the lock screen battery icons are located in the springboard app. In iOS 4 the status bar icons resided in the springboard app but with iOS 5 apple seems to have moved the file. WHERE are they now is what I want to know not what they are called.

The status bar icons are all located in encrypted files called Shared.artwork and Shared@2x.artwork located in the folder /System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework/. Note that these files must be decrypted in order to access the .png files within.

Thanks. Been looking for this info for days. Any ideas how one would go about decrypting these files?

You have to unzip the file. It was zipped only so that it could be uploaded here as a single file. When you unzip it you should find a folder named "4.0 Signal Bars.theme." That's what goes in your /Library/Themes/ folder.

4.0 Signal Bars v.2.2 is now live in the ModMyI repository in Cydia! It should work on all devices and at all versions of iOS 4.0.1+. If you have any issues, please let me know!

any changes?

The version in Cydia is now the one I posted here last week, with Retina display and 5.x support. It should now work on all iPhones and on iOS 4.0.1-5.0.1. Even if you installed manually, you still might want to install the package from Cydia so that you will get any bugfixes I push in the future.
