Well, yes, but....- in this instance - this is a but that comes with two caveats:

Firstly: If someone is asking for advice on these forums when they apply for, or, are seeking a job and post an original post which is pretty poorly written, and riddled with grammatical and spelling errors, I think it is a courtesy to point this out to them.

This is because writing a poorly constructed and expressed application letter may well serve to disqualify you, or may well be used against you or as a reason to exclude your application.

In this instance, @Mildredop has courteously pointed out to the OP that if he wishes his application for a position to be taken seriously, paying heed to syntax, grammar and spelling would not go amiss.

The second caveat - or point - I would make - is that if someone seeks to pick a fight on issues of grammar and spelling - as I believe that @Relentless Power has done, - given that I suspect he has misinterpreted what I believe is the motivation behind @Mildredop's post then it would seem to me to be a good idea to frame such criticisms in proper - that is, correct - prose.

Having said all of that, the OP strikes me as somewhat immature, but he is receiving some excellent advice on the tread.

This was explained to @Mildredop, which he/she did to the OP. Yet they could not complete a sentence in multiple posts. Oh the irony.

This thread is someone asking for advice about applying for a job. Whilst the MR rules may say correcting someone's spelling or grammar is unnecessary, I suspect the managers at Apple would see it differently whilst reading the OP's application.

The OP asked for advice and advice was given.

Here's an Apple question for you @Alexrat1996

iPhone screen won't turn on. What do you do?

And a thought process question...

I have an item at a grocery store. It's not in a box, it's red, and can be found in a produce section. What is it?

Not bad! Although, I would not tell a customer to put it into DFU mode. You suddenly become the guy responsible for all data lost. You should try to have them clear out any and ALL lint from the lightening port.

But that was the wrong Answer.
Correct answer: "Your problem is not covered by AC, but you can buy this brand new iPhone 6S+. As a token of appreciation, we will take your old phone and credit $50 towards the purchase of the new one." (Hologram of Tim smiling appears for about 0.5sec).
