Interesting....Where are you guys seeing this on the UPS site? Mine is in Louisville as of 12:07am central time and it probably ain't budging down here to Nashville until tomorrow sometime.

I think that note was faked. I couldn't find it on the UPS website.

Depending on capacity and logistics of each hub, it may be impossible to "hold" early arrival of shipments, and they will be treated like a normal shipment.

not faked at all. When you track it via my choice and you click the live chat button at the bottom of the screen that note comes up.

Yup, I see the message now. I don't think they'll have any problem holding them. The boxes are small. I am sure 1 or 2 will slip through though. When the 4s launched everyone I knew who ordered 1 got it on Thursday instead of Friday, but all those were delivered by FedEx. It is dumb that apple makes them hold them though. What is the big deal about getting them early? If the phone is manufactured and shipped, let the damn this be delivered. That should be the reward for getting up at 2am. It's retarded my phone is sitting 3.5 hours away and has been so for 15 hours. Could have easily been delivered today.

And now I finallly can see my wife's phone. And to the same suprise as a few others on here, I live in a suburb of Nashville and her 16Gb phone left Nashville yesterday and joined my 32Gb, which came from China, in Louisville. I'm going to laugh when they turn around tomorrow or Thursday and drive it right back to Nashville where it came from to be sorted and then put on a truck for delivery.

Cushion. Apple wants to have its ducks in a row come 9/21. They dont want people flooding the CS lines wondering why others go there phones, ect.

My iPhone was delivered today. But just before unboxing, Will Smith showed up and that's all I remember...
