how to keep both SL and Lion?

hi, how did you do that? I have made a small partition, but it rejected to install snow leopard as it said that I have been running Lion

...

I've created a small partition with Snow Leopard on, so I can still play Diablo II (I need to keep myself occupied until Diablo III comes out!), that's your only way round it really. That or you could run 10.6 in a VM.

I got fed up with supporting Intuit about a year and a half ago Intuit. Their Mac products were terrible, so I was keeping a Windows VM around for the sole purpose of running Windows Quicken. They make a big deal about writing a new Mac version of Quicken from the ground up, and they really want the user's feedback so they can give us what we want. Then they completely ignore all of the feedback (which was pretty much, "give us a Mac version that is feature complete with the Windows version, and uses the same data files so switching back and forth is simple) and released Quicken Essentials, which is pretty much worthless for anyone who used previous versions of Quicken. They also take active steps to prevent anyone with versions they deem as being "too old" from using online banking services, in an attempt to force upgrades.

Anyway, I tried three different Mac specific applications - iBank, Moneywell, and Moneydance. At the time that I tried them (and as far as I know, still), Moneydance was the only one that supported online bill pay, so I ended up choosing it. It's definitely not the best looking app on the Mac, but it works very well and the support staff is very responsive to problems. As a plus, it also works on Windows and Linux, so I consider it fairly future proof.
