thanks, i eventually figured it out, probably should have looked at the settings.xml before i asked the question. It's actually below the zipcode line where you enter in the urls for radar.
 
When i double click the screen, I can get the weather information up, but the default clock is in the way and i can't get to the different tabs or anything else, then my screen goes dark after 15seconds or so.
Any help is much appreciated.

Nevermind. I should read ALL the instructions before posting

Instructions:

* Download and unzip
* Edit wedaPanel.theme\weda\settings.xml for your location and other settings (see below)
* Copy to the Themes folder on your iphone
* Select wedaPanel in Winterboard
* Companion apps available in Cydia: Lockscreen Clock Hide + Lockscreen Dim Delay
 
^^^ lol, I'm glad you got it working. I was going to mention locscreen clock hide and lockscreen dim delay. Those are both free as well. For those using lockinfo you can use the clock hide feature as well. : )
