The only thing I'm still trying to work out is what I'm going to do with it at the gym. I work out 6 days/week and I used to wear my 5 on my arm in a nylon armband. The phone and it's clear snap-on case fight right into the armband. It was easy.

This is way too big. Today I worked out without it and used my 5 as an iPod, as it has no service now.

I'm considering buying some sort of waist pouch, like a money pouch, to wear it around my waist but I'm not convinced I want to do that. I definitely know I don't want it on my arm--too big.

I knew this was going to be the case but I decided that's only 1 hour out of every day and so I wasn't going to let that deter me from getting the big one like I wanted.

I too was debating the 6+ size. I thought I may want the 6 but I had not used the phone for even 24 hours. The size is a huge upgrade.

I went to the Apple Store today and played with the 6 which was right next to the 6+. The 6 is a great phone and anybody that just wants the 6 is still getting a great feeling/looking phone; however, when comparing the two on the table, the six did not seem like that great of an upgrade from my 5s.

The six still required me to stretch my thumb slightly as it is bigger but definitely is more manageable one handed. With that being said, it was a clear decision, my uncertainty was gone and I realized I made the right choice for me and I love my 6+

I can't imagine going to a smaller screen like the 6 after getting used to the 6+.

The 6+ does take some time to getting use to but I am now quickly double tapping the home button to reach the top of the screen and I have relocated all my go to apps toward the bottom.

How many of you kept reaching for the sleep/wake button at the top of the phone before you broke that habit?

I am now excited about my new phone and I'm loving it!

I would recommend a small iPod unless you want to receive calls while your at the gym. Typically, I don't want my workout to be interrupted by a phone call.

I'm getting used to it very quickly…EXCEPT, the on/off switch being on the side GRRRRRRR!  :) :D

This is easily my biggest complaint about the 6 design. Not so much that the switch is on the side, but that it's opposite the volume buttons. To press this buttons it is necessary to squeeze a bit and you naturally use the opposite side as leverage to do that. When I want to turn the phone on/off (or take a screenshot), I mistakenly adjust volume or take a photo. When I want to take a photo or adjust volume, I turn the phone off. I'll probably somewhat get used to it, but it's bad design, I can't believe no one had issues with this during testing. The Apple leather case smooths over all 3 buttons, which makes it even more difficult to determine where you are supposed to press, and what part of the opposite side you have to avoid pressing. Honestly I would rather have the power button back on top despite it maybe being harder to reach.

Why don't you guys give it more than a couple days?

Because...

Definitely agree. In the half a day I've been using it so far, I'm already beginning to get more comfortable with it. When I first started using it, I was sure I'd have to exchange it for a 6. I don't think I'll have to do that now.

Now, that is the kind of information everyone is interested in - the honey moon phase.
No but seriously, this thread would make more sense if posted not like, the day after the release.

But seriously, if the OP got value out of what I wrote that's all that matters. My post wasn't addressed to EVERYONE; it was answering the question posed by the OP.

Feel free to post a similar thread a week or two from now.

but how are you all carrying it? Especially with a case?

I had my 6 in my rear jeans pocket today and felt it driving. Sat on a bench and it started popping out of my pocket. I just can't imagine how people are carrying it on a daily basis.

Certainly you can get more comfortable depending on the clothes. Cargo-style shorts are great, as are jacket/blazer/coat pockets. Blue jeans are a little uncomfortable with Plus, but you can make it work if they aren't super tight. I have a feeling manufacturers are going to start making the pockets slightly larger to adapt to these phones, making it easier to find a comfortable sitting position for the device. In no circumstance can I see putting one of these in a back pocket and sitting on it as a good option. Granted, women will have fewer options here.
