I bought a used incase hethered pouch (CL60028) for 15"MacBook Pro
    but It doesn't fit on my laptop(a1286, 2011early 15")
So I guess a seller sent me pouch for 13"
but he is denying about wrongly selling

Here, One link is unboxing review cl60028 for 15"

and This picture is my one :(

and I also linked other user's review here.

    What about you guy's thought?
It's my fault? or It's obvious that a seller sent me wrong item?

Looks like it could probably fit if you stretch it, but that's not ideal. Then throw in the fact that not every 15" MBP is the same size and that's probably the difference. Your model is 0.95 x 14.35 x 9.82 compared to a 2014 at 0.71 x 14.13 x 9.73. Might just be enough of a difference to fit in that case.

So did the seller lie to you? No, most likely not. It's probably very snug on the model year its intended to fit and just barely doesn't fit yours. I'd simply return it saying it doesn't fit your model. I had the same thing buying a backpack off Amazon recently. Reviews said it fit a 15.6" laptop, but I got it and it just barely didn't fit my Lenovo - or it could if I stretched it, but that's not ideal. Returned it and got another backpack, no big deal.

    That definitely isn't for a 13 inch.

The above poster is spot on.

Thanks, I added about other things..

Actually This case designed for macbook pro, not retina
so, If this case was for MBP 15", It would be well with my non retina MBP 15"

here are other picture, and video trying to wear pouch to my MBP letina(2013 late)"

I was actually expecting a bit better padding on the inside. I have a 15" retina display macbook pro and there's a lot of room for it to move around even with a bunch of stuff in the side pocket.
Other than that, it's got a nice rough design and so far it has held up the abuse of being in my backpack for school.

and this is link about same model but sized for 13"

In middle of that, there are also reviews.

I loved the look of this case and the pocket on the case, but the 13 inch case looked and fit my computer like a 15 inch case would. I was very disappointed that my computer could slide around. It looks awesome and everything, but I didn't like how my mac wasn't snug.

The case it, however, a little thick when empty. It means that the protection is good, but my previous basic incase case was thinner and still protected well. The other thing I like a little less about it is that the fit with a MacBook Pro is still slightly loose. The computer can move around a bit, but it's not a big concern for me.

This is the case i recommend to friends buying a Macbook Air, in addition to the carrying the air, it can also hold an iPad and kindle in the additional pocket. Some reviewers dont like that its a little loose. I've never really noticed that, to me that's a small price for having the side pocket, which I always cram with stuff.

A seller who sold to me didn't accept my refund offer,
I have also retina 15" (the pic was about case with non retina 2011 early,)
but it is also not fit and, if i tried it, it would stretched
So I thought that is it 15" pouch?

Soon, i will also add my pic with 2013 late MBP15"(me294kh/a)

    Thanks, regard,

    No it's not.
"Incase Lineage Protective Sleeve for 13 MacBook Pro and MacBook Air (Heathered Black) CL60027"

You bought the wrong case with bad reviews. Return it, while you still can and learn from your mistake.

The people who answered to this thread before must've been drunk ...

Did you buy the sleeve from the Amazon link for case advertised to fit a 15"MacbookPro? If so, the photos you displayed does not look like the sleeve you got is made for a 15". Did you buy a sleeve for a 13" or a 15"? If the CL60028, that does say 15, I assume that means 15".

If the case is for a 15", then you should be able to return it, but I noticed you said "used". If Amazon is the seller, there should be no issue with return. If it is another company, what is their return policy? If you bought it from a private individual who refuses to accept your return, you may be stuck.

    ----------

His Amazon link says fits 15 MacBookPro CL60028. He says he bought this in the original post.

Yes, I bought used one from ebay :( who is private individual.
as you said I received sleeve for 13" that i don't want because I expected It would be for 15" as a seller noticed.

Now, I sent e-mail with my videos to the Incase support center.
I asked to the Incase is this CL60028(for 15")?

when they feedback to me, I will ask to refund again..

Thanks, regard. you are a great help to me.

eBay has a purchase resolution department. I suggest you take that avenue. Good luck!
