So how is RIM trying to take over the mp3 market? Thats like saying Apple, with the release of the iPhone, tried to take over the email market from RIM.

I really, really do love Apple products but the fanboyism is just completely out of control around here.

I said MP3 / Media Player. You took out half. It does play MP3's, right?

Um, the iPhone now has Exchange, right? So, you would say that they're targeting the corporate environment.

If liking a certain product makes me a fanboy, so be it. I guess I'm a Pioneer Kuro fanboy as well.

I'm not an apple fanboy, this iPhone is the first apple product I've ever purchased...and I'm 35. And I thought the article was a pretty fair assessment.

As I said in another thread:

"As with everything at this forum there is very little objectivity towards anything non-Apple. "

Im a Mac user, I used an iPhone for a year and a half, have had iPods forever, but I dont profess everything Apple makes to be the end-all, be-all of that particular product. I know there are others that think the same way, but overall at this or most Mac forums its either Apple or its crap.
They are just acting like the blackberry users who hate on the iphone, they are even worse than these guys. I think they have some complex towards the iphone, it might be some jealousy.

Phones are like politics and religion... every has their own opinion about it based on personal preferences.

All I know is that the better the Storm does, the better the next iPhone OS updates will be-- and the next iPhone itself will be!

Do we really need yet another Storm thread?

Gotta remember these are specifically iPhone forums, you're going to get iPhone users and fans. No harm in admitting that.

The mega Storm thread is over here, please make use of it.
