Good luck. By buddy had this done. Was in hospital for about three days and then home. He's fine now, no issues.

Hey Freeny,

I was curious as to how you're getting on this far after the op? How is everything working? I have a similar issue and just trying to prepare myself as much as possible. Like you, I'm quite young as well so it's all been very unexpected and quite scary!

My dad, 65, just had this exact procedure done 3 weeks ago. He wishes he had done it sooner. Says he didn't realize how nice it is to not be dealing with constant pain. He had 3 holes in him, but he was out of hospital 48 hours later and is back to working outside and enjoying life again.

He was around 37. The symptoms came on when he was in Afghanistan and they medivaced him to Germany then the west coast, where he had the surgery. He recovered quickly and he's still jumping out of perfectly good airplanes.
