Have you looked at the Lexus IS350? A luxury car with a lot of power. I own one and they are fun as hell to drive. Not too much room in the back for passangers but they can still sit there with comfort. It handles well, not much road noise and has the get up and go. I don't know how much you want to spend but they can get pricey. Still look at them, its very reliable and very sexy.

My best has a BMW 3 series and it has been a nightmare for him. Personally they may look great but if you are going to drop that much money on a car and then have to spend more for problems, I would really reconsider what you want. In the past year his car has been in the shop 4 times and has cost him $1000+ each time. Lucky for him, his dad owns the dealership.

Jaguars, do not even get me started. They look like an old mans car (excluding the "sporty" 2-door one). If thats sexy to you, by all means get it. Once again you will have problems.

Personal opinions. Look at the Lexus IS350, you won't regret it.

edmunds compared the Bimmer 330 and the IS350 and the Bimmer won as a better driver's car.

IS 350 is slushbox only, which means it's dead to me.

I'd narrow the range down to the Bimmer 3 or the Infiniti G35 at this point. Coupé either way, of course

If you can at all afford it, go for a Mercedes CLK 350. Fantastic car, very sexy/sporty, excellent quality/resell value, AND has four seats and can qualify as a "grown up" car, not some ridiculous little thing like the Z4 or SLK.

I do realize that the convertible might be out of your league $$-wise, though. In that case I'd go for the BMW 3-series.
Congratulations in any case, those are some nice choices to have!
