Definitely the otterbox, the anodized backing to iPhone 5 I have now has been scratched badly, i am assuming the same will happen to the new iPhone 5S.

A comparison of anodized backs on iPhone 5 vs 5S only goes to show that the anodizing job done on the 5S is far, far superior to that of the iPhone 5.
