So your buying poor headphones?Agree! I an generally not a fan of Beats but I will buy the Beats X when released just for the new chip.. If they suck then to my unused / money wasted electronics graveyard box they will go...

So your buying poor headphones?
Just the beats line is know to be over priced fashion accessoryHow do I know they are poor or are going to be poor if they are not out, nobody has used them and more importantly, I have not used them???
They might be the best headphones ever, they might just be okay or they might suck.. I won't know until I try them and I generally don't look at things with my eyes and mind closed.. They will get a chance and I'll evaluate them with real world usage..
So yes, I will buy them.. Are they poor? Who knows unless you have some inside information and / or extended hands on time with them (Beats X) that you'd like to share..
Indeed true, however Beats have got better over time, but you can get so much better for the money with other brands. Bose is also another brand that is very overrated, the only reason they get so many sales is because they spend MUCH more than any other company on advertising, product placement and having shops push their brand more than the others.
How do you find the AirPods?I use Airpods with my MBP
The freedom of movement is fantastic!
The range blows standard Bluetooth out of the water and 40 hour battery life... makes up for mediocre sound IMHO.
Can you elaborate on the range? About how far can you get away from your source while maintaining reliable operation? Thanks!
Pricey as wellI actually saw someone on the underground yesterday with the AirPods and had a little giggle to myself, they just look funny hanging down like that. lol
Pricey as well
Deffo not getting them
Running out of options tbh
I've only tried 24 feet but I've read that 400ft is not out of the question.
Yeah I didDid you check out the site I recommended? Sorry, would help you out more, but we're 2 people down at work this week, so I'm swamped.

400ft!?!? Maybe across a field, but not in real life situations I'm guessing. I've not heard Bluetooth go anywhere near that.
I've heard beats are awful and not worth the money
Can you recommend any in ear?I think it's a bit unfair to say Beats are awful but there are certainly better headphones available for the money. I had to dump my Beats headphones for reasons unrelated to sound quality but I was glad in a way as I was able to go back to Grado headphones. They may not look cool, which doesn't bother me as I don't wear them in public, but the sound quality and clarity is superb.
I was reading the updates on this thread and was thinking this very same bit. That web site is amazing, and amazingly to the point! Cheers! +1Great advice. If you really want to find out about headphones, visit this site:

Sound quality is better than the wired version, especially the bass. No more getting tangled to cords when you move around. Lasts Just a little over 6 hours. Music or video pauses when you take one of them off your ear, resumes when you put it back on. Activates instantly. I used wireless over and on ears before, but the Airpods, albeit not as good sounding due to having no form of noise isolation, are the most convenient for me.How do you find the AirPods?

I wish Apple had designed them like the Bragi Dash: the best fit I have ever felt/ seen.
The AirPods need to go in the ear canal to offer any sort of noise reduction and better sound reproduction.
I had these and the Sony MDR-1000X, gave away the Bose QC35. The sound is far superior and NC about the same. Battery about the same. Comfort about the same.Bose qc35..well worth the investment
