OS X Good Offline Mac Games

We have been having a lot of internet outages lately, and I have discovered how dependent I am on an online connection to play games nowadays.

I'd like to put together an emergency folder of enjoyable offline games for just such an emergency.

So I am looking for suggestions for good offline free or paid games that can be played when the internet is down.
