I was hesitant at first, worried about compatibility issues or other problems. Decided to just go for it and it's magnificent, even before 10.5.2 (just came out.) Leopard is AWESOME! I haven't had any problems whatsoever.
There is nothing really new in Leopard that warrants upgrading to it in my opinion. Most of it is just gloss or nonsense features which were never needed before so why do we need them now?

Ok, I'm not going to lie, I don't use Spaces or Quicklook. But I am really glad I upgraded to Leopard. Here's some of what I love about Leopard:
-New mail with RSS built-in
-Stacks, so much easier now to open a single file from the dock
-new iChat, especially tabbed conversations
And most of all, I love how everything in Leopard is now even more integrated, a more unified experience across the OS.

I feel the same way. IMO, the biggest features inherent in the upgrade are Time Machine and Spaces. WRT the former, I'm already comfortable using rsync and playing around with crontab. WRT to the latter, there are a couple of freeware solutions that have been available for some time.
But I recommend the upgrade to anyone whom has yet to find an elegant and uncomplicated backup solution. Time Machine is a brilliant feature, especially with the release of Time Capsule.
