Apple today announced that the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini start with 128GB of storage, which is double the base 64GB offered for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini.

The storage capacities available for the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini include 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB, while the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max also have a new 1TB storage option. Pricing continues to start at $699 for the iPhone 13 mini, $799 for the iPhone 13, $999 for the iPhone 13 Pro, and $1,099 for the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Key features across the iPhone 13 lineup include a faster A15 Bionic chip, camera improvements, longer battery life, and a smaller notch. The two Pro models also feature a ProMotion display with a variable refresh rate up to 120Hz.

Apple continues to offer a 64GB storage option for the iPhone 11, iPhone 12, and iPhone SE, which remain available to order on its website.

Do we know yet if $699/$799 still means $729/$829 this year like it did last year? Didn't see any asterisks or disclaimers (other than "from") on the announcement slide, but can't recall if there was one last year or not either.

Edit: Yup, new year - same deceptive BS.

Also wondering this. The whole "$30 extra if buying full price and not on an installment plan" was really disappointing and un-Apple.

Nice to see the prices were held while base storage was upped.

Have to say, other than the red, the colors were rather muted. Have an 11, was thinking of updating, but the color choices are making me think I may just wait another year.

Please tell me it's USB-C this time? Did anyone catch which port it has?
Nothing changed, still the same port.

thank you apple for not releasing any innovative features this year. You definitely saved me money. To recap: better sensor in-camera for more better low light photos(same 12mp), better battery life than the iPhone 12....and that's pretty much it! More like a 12s than an all-new 13 in my opinion!

When the presenter exclaimed in an excited voice the new base size will be 128GB.... that was funny. because how long has everyone complained

maybe it was a win finally for someone in the org.

Was it like this for the 12 pro last year?
They got rid of the pricing of that on their homepage now...
