Bitter much? This point has absolutely nothing to do with the information listed. If Apple started their own carrier service I'm sure you'd be all about it. That sounds a little fanboyish. And to be honest I have a Nexus and my wife has an iPhone. Any and every time I've had to call Apple on behalf of an issue their customer service is 100 times worse than anytime I've dealt with Google. I never speak to a single person, always automated messages and then when told that a representative will follow-up with me in less than 48 hours guess what never happens? They never follow up. Start actually being the expert and stop being completely biased because of a more than likely business matter than had nothing to do with Google and everything to do with you.Not interested.
If I wanted Google to know my every movement and minute detail about my life I would still be logged into Google+ and Gmail and Youtube and every other one of their countless services and have an Android phone and store all my sensitive documents in Google Drive.
I quit on Google years ago when they screwed me over in a business matter, and I tried to follow up by contacting them only to learn that they have absolutely no customer service outlets, no way of directly contacting anyone at Google, and care so little about their users that they actively go out of their way to prevent them from expressing their concerns or dealing with their problems, and they literally crush anyone who disagrees with them.
