You also have the option, to stop data sharing with Apple. It’s in Settings>Privacy>Analytics(Switch off)And this is why I’ll be patient and wait it out on Apple Intelligence. As much of a trainwreck that and Siri has been, I feel a lot better about them when it comes to privacy. I’m not naive and know Apple probably collects more information than they lead on, but compared to Google, they’re better.
Yes sure. Relies and unfettered access to everything. But I am sure African American German soldiers means it is working at it should. At least their AI works unlike Apple’s mess

Amazing, you rather have an AI that doesn’t work but preserves privacy versus one that sometimes works.

But Gemeni is a privacy monstrosity in my opinionAt least their AI works unlike Apple’s mess
Yeah, Apple is the least data-hungry big tech company, especially when compared to something like Google or MetaAnd this is why I’ll be patient and wait it out on Apple Intelligence. Another reason to switch to DuckDuckGo.
Maybe Apple should build their own search engine with privacy and security built in.The headline should read "Google Gemini now logs your every move"
Soon we will see Minority Report scenario where the gov. request Google data to predict crimes citizens might make and arrest you preemptively.
wrong. DDG just uses BING and serve you ads too. If you are not feeding Google, you are feeding Microsoft.
Its not as good, but Brave Search is about the only free independent privacy friendly search engine. Am not saying DDG sells your data but they operate under the Bing umbrella. No Bing = No Duckduckgo
Can you honestly tell me why Apple would be tempted to do that when they’re getting $20B a year from Google to keep Google as the default search engine in Safari? Even if Google if forced to split their search engine (their original product) from the rest of the enterprise, as now longs quite likely, won’t the new entity want to bribe Apple in similar fashion?Maybe Apple should build their own search engine with privacy and security built in.
Um, wrong. I see no ads from DuckDuckGo, ever, on any Apple platform. Maybe it’s because I use adblockers, maybe not, but that’s irrelevant — DuckDuckGo isn’t getting a red cent based on my (non-) click-throughs.The headline should read "Google Gemini now logs your every move"
