Google Map or Apple Map?

Hmm... Well I know they just released a new version giving us the ability to submit corrections to their maps. I'm really really loving them and kinda wish Apple had chosen to use them for their Maps solution.

It's still a great app and has a lot of potential. I humored myself and tried out Apple Maps again today. It said my destination was 9 miles away... when it was in fact 20 miles away. Real comforting...

Ok... That's really bizarre. Isn't Apple Maps powered by TomTom? Why is there a difference in its results? Jeez- they really botched this up!

Because Apple Maps in its current form is not in the same league as Google maps, period!

You have hit the nail on the head! There is no reason to debate. If you don't like it, then don't use it. No point in complaining when there are alternatives.

No alternatives to google traffic, at least none I've found. I'm going to keep bitching until I get maps back.
