Google Sets Its Sights on Apple

Turn it on it's head and ask why Apple fans, who hate Google so much, like to support a company who rips them off, deliberately cripples their products so they can add new features later, etc etc etc. You can't question why Google fans do that without also questioning why Apple fans do exactly the same thing. Just trying to play devils advocate.

Apple is giving their customers what they think is a good user experience. If you don't like it, you can choose another product. Noone is ripping you. Google is stealing your personal data every time you are surfing the web.
I do see a difference here.

I ask you again: how can you defend Google ? How can you simpatize with them ?
I can understand someone not liking Apple's products or Apple policy, for sure (tech geeks want to control everything), but defending Google is beyond my understanding. IMHO it' s just another way to bash Apple on something ...
