Got 5 on Friday...Already have 1.2 GB received???

I am having a similar issue with AT&T with my iphone 5. They say today (first day of my billing cycle) that I used 800mb of data between 1pm and 10pm with one log on their site for 800,000+ KB. The problem is I was on my home wifi from noon-1 and then was driving and not using my phone but listening too one of 3 podcasts I did download over LTE (Total according to itunes file sizes of 85MB for all 3 combined).

I was seeing this problem the last few months with large dumps eating up tons of my data on my 4s. Called ATT and they said it was probably using data while appearing to be connected to wifi. When I informed them that wasn't possible on the 4s they told me that it could be visual voicemail (I couldn't make this up if I tried). I have a total of 10 voicemails on this line in the last 5 months.

Not sure what to do. I am on unlimited plan but don't want to be throttled by weeks end.
 
same here, i use my mac as a wifi hotspot now, from ethernet cable, i do not need to buy router for wifi and no need to use att data plan when i am at home.

Wrong...Still haven't used any more data as when I was not with LTE.
