Started 3 weeks ago - positive feedback, great colleagues, everything was fine. Today they told they found a replacement for me.
Feels bad man.

Love you dude.I'll hire you.
Rakastan suomalaisia, koska ne voivat juoda paljon.
Kippis!
Yeah, I think so too. They only told me that "they're afraid if I'm capable of managing next month's sales". Whatever that meant.Sounds like they found someone who can do your and is willing to do it for less money otherwise it doesn't make sense why they would replace you.
That sucks especially with positive reviews and everything going well.
Best of luck in the job hunt

Well my friend, here's hoping you have the last laugh when the new guy they've brought in instead isn't capable of managing next month's sales and the company goes under.

Not too sure about this kind of stuff but arn't there laws against firing/replacing someone without proper reason?
If someone knows more about this please shed some light for our brother here.

At-will employment is a doctrine of American law that defines an employment relationship in which either party can break the relationship with no liability, provided there was no express contract for a definite term governing the employment relationship and that the employer does not belong to a collective bargaining group (i.e., has not recognized a union). Under this legal doctrine:
any hiring is presumed to be "at will"; that is, the employer is free to discharge individuals "for good cause, or bad cause, or no cause at all," and the employee is equally free to quit, strike, or otherwise cease work.
Most states follow "at-will employment"
