Got my Jet Black 7 Plus!

I love how everybody 'hated' the 5C design, and yet the Jet Black looks, and feels, *exactly* like a black 5C and everybody loves it. Lol!

Don't let them fool you. The whole thing is an illusion, on the internet the jet black looks like glossy plastic and the matte black appears to be the obvious winner, but when you go and see it in person it's the other way around. I was going to get the MB until I felt the JB in my hand, although it is a fingerprint magnet, it's not a big deal as people make it out to be. Taking it out of your packet and vice versa self cleans the fingerprints. It definitely doesn't feel like plastic either.

As for scratches, it's no big deal either. People are misreading the fine print on apple's site. the JB doesn't SCRATCH easier it's just more VISIBLE to the eye than the other colors, so if you take good care of your current iphone already and see no scratches then you should expect the same experience with the JB with the exception of the visible fingerprints.

I agree with you, i just think sometimes people are exagerating about the jb got easily scratched, when i watch video about jb on youtube they always repeating how it scratched easily and the fingerprint on the back its quite iritating hearing that over and over:)

Um, the one in the Apple Store. And it totally does. The finish they use completely imitates the plastic feel of the 5C, just in black. It doesn't feel like aluminum at all.

It's just funny to me that when the look/feel of plastic was used, it was a 'cheaper' device in people's minds, and a failure. But when they essentially recycle the feeling on the flagship device, it becomes the one in hot demand. People are strange.

The silicone cases are underrated. They feel awesome, keep a slim profile and ample protection if dropped. If I had to wear a suit and tie everyday I would probably go leather. But since I do and I'm active and in the gym a lot the silicone works great for me. I usually hate silicone cases, but there something about apples!

Yeah I don't know why they expected something else. Scratches on anything glossy or metallic are going to be more visible period, it's just common sense. For the people who actually take care of their devices in general; you don't see any of them mentioning any scratches, most of them even posted saying after a full week there's no scratches just fingerprints. People just need to be more responsible really, especially with carrying a $700+ device.

Saw Apple leather case today on iPhone 7
Black colour case.. absolutely stunning !!!!!!!

White leather will be a great contrast on the jet black, just take it out every once and a while and enjoy the JB finish while home, in a safe area lol.

and everyone ended up using case anyway no matter what colour they have,actually i rarely seen someone rocking a naked iphone

Yeah I got mine yesterday to! Got the otter box statement case for the iphone 7 plus. Looks absolutely stunning with jet balck

I still think it looks and feels plasticky in person and the matte black doesn't look that great either but I want a black face so I'm stuck with those choices.
