Fortunately this is the only one imperfection in my unit...

I think that I will not exchange it.

How about your 2020 units?

Replaced my MBP 2020 6 times, every has imperfection. I grown up to live with it.
All that times because cosmetic or also hardware issues?

Im thinking send to replace mine, but i got mine from Best Buy from and I'm in other country, so, sending it back to USA i would pay 130 usd of shipping, what a dilemma

Uneven trackpads, nicks, scratches...

Just got my 2020 MacBook Pro with M1 chip 2 days ago. I had to wait close to a month to get it as I upgraded to 16gb RAM and it shipped directly from China. Just noticed the tiniest nick in the aluminum below the left speaker grill. I’m pretty particular with my things but with my luck I’ll get a replacement that’s worse. I think I’ll suck this one up.

Hi guys, I just purchased brand new Macbook Pro 16 Late 2019 and after 1 day of work on it I revealed these strange discoloration dots below the left speaker grille. It is the place where I rest my left palm - could it be that the sweat from the palm corroded the surface in just 1 day? Is there any way to fix this?
