Ok but NEVER buy it from T-mobile because it will be locked.

True. Do you know of any options for people without an account and who don't want a new one?

Verizon phones are the same as tmobile or AT&T except they also have CDMA enabled. You could buy a verizon phone at a $450 discount, cancel after a day (paying $350 early termination fee, $55 first month, $36 set up fee). Verizon phones are all unlocked.

I saw some posts today that we WILL be able to preorder at full price, can anybody confirm this?

Don't you have to wait until after the 14 day return policy to cancel to be charged an ETF? If you cancel after one day, won't they charge you full price for the phone if you don't return it?

Good question ... you are probably correct. I didn't read the fine details.

I just bought two new iPhone 6+s on Verizon (one with subsidy and one at full price). I'm considering the switch to T-Mobile, but wanted Verizon phones in case I get frustrated with T-Mobile coverage and want to switch back. I probably won't be switching right away, but its good to know that I need to wait at least 14 days.
