Gizmodo scsrewed up when they ousted Gary Powell and basically said "We did it for the lulz, thanks jackass."

Gizmodo screwed up when they admitted that Apple had been giving them the cold shoulder on the iPhone, and in an effort to get back on Apple's radar, made haste on posting the prototype teardown.

There didn't have to be any tomfoolery, no personal details. Gizmodo just wanted to toss everyone under the bus so they could look more legitimate instead of everyone believing that it was a high end knock off.

Part of me wishes the /b/rothers of 4chan would do some work on Gizmodo and his home server, if not for the same "lols" as he gleaned from ousting powell.

I got banned by Jason Chen himself for calling them out when they were crying about not getting invited to the iPhone annoucement. I didn't even say anything offensive just pointed out the obvious. Yet, Giz calls Apple out for censoring things....ironic.

In the meantime I've switched my rss reader to engadget permanently. Sick of giving them ad revenue after being *******s to their readers. I should just drop all the Gawker sites but I like Kotaku too much....

And now, the musings of Jason Chen:

Part of me wishes the /b/rothers of 4chan would do some work on Gizmodo and his home server, if not for the same "lols" as he gleaned from ousting powell.

I think they are still busy trying to get that kid with Cerebral Palsy his own reality show, Im not sure if the voting is over though. I hope he won/wins
