Today is Day 13, another business day, I have sent them a few emails, no response. No package. Have I been scammed by Spigen?

According to a tweet i just read, their customer support is having some issues right now

Update: I sent another email to Spigen (an angrier one) talking about how they are ignoring me and they replied an hour later talking about how the orders are delayed. Mysteriously, I checked my tracking number after, and it is now in transit.

Simple answer:
Order through Amazon. Get it in 2 days. Spigen's is very delayed at shipping the actual order. Amazon packs and ships it within 12hr of ordering. Been a long time Amazon customer.

I wish they would fix the shutdown so I can get my iPhone case.

...troll? Or are you just the stereotypical American? I mean... stereotypes may be 'mean'...but they're usually correct as well.

Just wondering.
